Despite of this fact, the Code of criminal procedure of Moldova, implemented in June 12th, 2003, in terms of contradictory did not change the criminal process of our country at the desired level. Nowadays, in front of the legislator of Moldova there exists the same tasks and problems which kneaded our society during many reforms in the realm of justice.
