Both at internationally and nationally level it has been recognized that domestic violence is a serious phenomenon that affects the fundamental human rights, adopting a series of regulations in order to prevent and eradicate this phenomenon. However, the issue of domestic violence continues to be a stringent one for moldovan society, requiring a deeper approach at the theoretical and practical level.
