dc.description.abstractIn this scientific article talks about the human resource management contribution to the enhancing of organizational competitiveness. In recent years, a move researchers believe that human resources are the most important element in ensuring of the organizational performance and competitiveness. Taking in consideration this, we have tried to show the role of the human resource function in the efficient management of employees, with the view of enhancing organizational competitiveness. Thus, they were shown those assets which may influence, directly or indirectly, the organizational competitiveness.en_US
