Abstract
The article explores both the theoretical and practical aspects of nonviolent communication in the educational environment. The author highlights the essence of this form of communication, its fundamental components, and how it can be integrated into the educational process. Additionally, practical recommendations are provided for the development and strengthening of nonviolent communication skills among teachers, emphasizing the importance of training them for effective and constructive communication in the educational context.
