Abstract
This article presents the essential aspects of psychological counseling, how to build the relationship with the client. But most importantly, the article elucidates the typology of difficult clients and strategies for working with them. The methods of R. Kociunas and R. Nelson-Jones, which will help the counselor to face demanding clients with difficult behaviors.
