| dc.description.abstract | The adoption of the Law on state-guaranteed legal assistance crowned the effort of public authorities and civil society to include in the domestic legal space the concept of state-guaranteed legal assistance, as a primary element aimed at ensuring access to justice for all people, regardless of their financial situation. Since its launch, the state-guaranteed legal aid system faced a series of problems arising from more general situations, but currently, the state-guaranteed legal aid system has constantly evolved, recording remarkable progress in perfecting the system itself, broadening the spectrum and the quality of the services provided, as well as the expansion of the categories of beneficiaries of such assistance. | en |
