Abstract

In the presented thesis, it is proposed an algorithm that can be definitely used, starting even from the simplicity and efficiency of the examined case of agroalimentary industry in Republic of Moldova – by this mean the necessity of reducing the export of the primary agricol materials, and obtaining new technologies of processing.
