Abstract
The article presents the results of studying the information needs of users of the Scientific Library of Balti State University. The methodology for studying the information needs of users is described in detail. The analysis showed that users are actively using new information technologies, especially electronic resources. The analysis of opinions and proposals for improving the services of the USARB Scientific Library is carried out.
