| dc.description.abstract | In this article there was analysed the stress and the influence of stress factors upon the members of an organisation. Taking into consideration the work involvement of university teachers, and determining the stress factors of importance for the majority of teachers I elaborated strategies of reducing/eliminating stress at organisation level, on the basis of studied manuals.
