In order to increase the quality, impact and international visibility, the USARB Scientific Library is looking for new ways and instruments to promote the research results of the Balti universities. The Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL) is an international database providing access to academic and cultural publications in the socio-humanist field of Central and Eastern Europe.
