Abstract

This article highlights the importance of studying motivational aspects of personnel in the educational environment, streamlining of work process and increasing of workers’ satisfaction. Motivational theories existing at the present stage are briefly analyzed and presented; it is spoken about a series of tools that gives us the opportunity to study various motivational aspects in the teaching environment.
