| dc.description.abstract | The modern enterprise operates in an economic space that gives it specific tools and possibilities of action, but it is subject to particular constraints. The content and conditions of the economic and managerial problems faced by the enterprise as well as the solutions that can be found are obviously influenced by its own characteristics. Effective management process must not be based solely on intuition, as a large part of the business leaders do, as demonstrated by our research, but on the in-depth knowledge of the existing situation, on the scientific analysis of vulnerabilities, and business development opportunities in relation to its external environment. | en_US |
