| dc.description.abstract | The potential of SMEs remains largely undeveloped, fact that denotes the topicality of the researched subject, because numerous activities both the legal and organizational, as well as scientific are subordinated to the objective of the fructification of small and medium business opportunities. The purpose of the research is to analyze the ways and the methods of stimulation used in Republic of Moldova in order to encourage small and medium business and to create a competitive business and their management in terms of the international practices in the field.
