Abstract

Educating children in the spirit of a healthy lifestyle provides an opportunity to train the whole family and community. The studies and research carried out by authors such as Gheorghe-Eugeniu Bucur, Constanța Cuciinic, Elena Macavei and others can provide valuable resources to support parents, educators and other interested parties in creating and supporting effective programs to promote health among young people. Thus, investment in preschool children's health education not only improves the quality of individual life, but also has the potential to raise health standards at the community level.
