Abstract

The article reflects the theoretical investigation of the psychological dimensions of the personality of the effective teacher. Of interest is the synthesis of the most significant domestic and foreign studies that highlight the investigations of the personality of the effective teacher from several perspectives: relational or axiological, internal determination or as a product of external requirements.
