Abstract
This article deals with the evolution of the concept of innovation management, which is the basic factor of the reconstruction and development process and consists in the fact that it is not related to conducting a stable, well organized activity, but a mobile activity subject to various modifications , ie it is indispensable to areas where a flexible driving system is needed.
