Abstract
In the given article is approached the impact problem of leadership style in the development of organizational culture. Are presented succinctly and clearly the managerial styles: authoritarian, democratic and permissive. Managerial style of the teams contributes significantly to solving optimal objectives, as it represents self-organization of the team activities, defines the nature of internal relations, efficiency of methods, forms of action used.
