Abstract
Our article brings into focus issues common mistakes that I do intentionally or unintentionally managers in the work they perform, regardless of the industry in which they practice their profession, hierarchical level, experience or seniority organizations. In our research we made a survey of the opinions of experts and management consultants published in journals notorious for businesses. The study can be useful both for managers who want to be effective and performance, and are open to find out what are the strategies to be followed and the factors to be considered or avoided, and members of academia that can explore in depth the topic in research or bring it to their attention and to discuss courses in management, organizational behavior and leadership.
