| dc.description.abstract | The results obtained by the Free Economic Zones (FEZs) in the Republic of Moldova were analyzed in this study. Additionally, the impact of ZEL-Bălți on regional development was also analyzed. Furthermore, the residents of ZEL Bălți, the attracted investments, labor remuneration, employee dynamics, and the geographical coverage of ZEL Bălți were reviewed. From the results of the conducted study, it can be observed that ZEL Bălți is one of the most viable and efficient FEZs in the country, attracting foreign investors and creating over 64% of the jobs generated by the Moldovan FEZs. The research methodology focused on the use of multiple research methods, such as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction, and comparative analysis. In conclusion, it is noteworthy that Free Economic Zones contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the country, and ZEL Bălți is a national leader. | en_US |
