Abstract
On June 12, 2019, the Departmental Library Center of the USARB Scientific Library, in agreement with the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova, organized with the support of the USARB Rectorate and the Local Educational Bodies of Education in 15 Northern districts and mun. Balti, a professional meeting for school librarians in the Northern Republic of Moldova.60 main specialists, responsible for the activity of school libraries from OLSDI, school librarians, college and professional schools, participated. The agenda of the meeting included: Presentation of National Priorities of the Year 2019, Discussions on the New Legal and Regulatory Framework, reference to the statistical table on the activity of school libraries, database presentations, useful resources, Media Intelligence training important component of the general culture.
