In order to increase the quality, impact and international visibility, the USARB Scientific Library is looking for new ways and tools to promote the research results of Balti university staff. The Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL) is an international database that provides access to academic and cultural publications in the socio-humanistic field in Central and Eastern European countries.
