Abstract

In the present study is approached a model of quality management education university, centered on developing “emotional intelligence”, education ability to overcome psychological states of tension related to education. The main emphasis in this model is focused on individual core, his/her personnel forces on their consciousness, materialized in student willingness to learn. An important aspect of this approach is facilitating experience live success in the own initiative activities of the future specialist.
