Abstract

Organizational culture and well-being form a bidirectional relationship in which one influences and strengthens the other. Communication is the key element of organizational culture, shaping interactions and employees' emotional balance. Clear and assertive communication fosters a supportive environment, reducing stress and enhancing team cohesion. In the digital era communication adaptability supports psychological health and motivation. Investing in training programs and authentic dialogue optimizes interactions and organizational performance. This analysis researches the correlation between communication and well-being.
