Internationally attested progress in the field of human rights protection also reflects the historical evolution of the concept of natural rights and freedoms. Multiple factors influenced the practical realization of the ideas initially presented only in theory. As a social phenomenon, human rights have their origins in antiquity. Instead, as a legal phenomenon, human rights have their origins in the doctrine of natural law. Natural law being an absolute right, applicable to all, which appears with the genesis of human life, guides it throughout life, is a constant specific to human nature, is conceived inside, but is also reflected outside the individual. Adherents of the school of natural law mention that this is the only real right to human existence.en_US
