Abstract

The object of inventions concerns with the problems of compulsions. The development of the new social relations of market economy creates applying effective pre-requisites so to the “kind” – moral forms as to those “strong” state compulsions. This process is actively developed in conditions of intensifications by the interaction of juridical and moral mechanisms on the basis of society free and democratic of-the state law.
