| dc.description.abstract | The present study briefly analyzes the types of storage contract regulated by the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova. Some particular aspects of thesee types of storage contract will be outlined, including a comparative analysis (other legislations and the provisions of the DCFR (Draft Common Frame of Reference)). In addition, some new provisions concerning the storage contract introduced by the Law on Modernization of the Civil Code will be analyzed, pointing out some particular aspects and gaps of the new provisions. | en |
