Abstract

In this article, we give a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of expenses for a specialized marketing unit in a company and the provision of marketing services by an outside organization (a marketing agency). This comparative characteristic is considered from the point of view of the internal controller of the marketing activity of the company. The result of the analysis shows how much internal cost control is effective in managing the organization.
