Abstract

The teaching of geometry to students of grades V-VI is based on the curriculum and the implementation guide, aiming at the formation of mathematical skills through practical activities. Students are exposed to geometric constructions, measurements and problem solving, developing their understanding and motivation. Diversified practical tasks contribute to the consolidation of mathematical skills, and the introduction of geometry must adapt to the students' developmental level, stimulating their questions for active learning.
