Abstract

The field of human resources represents the strategic cell within any legal entity regardless of the form of public or private activity. Personnel being the key to success if their selection and promotion in positions would be guided by the capabilities and level of training in the field directly related to the position. The legal provisions represent the base of any management process firmly imposed in order to achieve the objectives in the field. The purpose of the research consists in the analysis of the main legislative aspects regarding the management of human resources in the Republic of Moldova and highlighting the directions for harmonizing the legislation in this domain. Research methodology includes various methods such as: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, scientific abstraction etc. As a result of the study carried out, we highlight that the legislative regulations in the field of human resources management are based on the analysis of the legislation that governs labor relations, the rights of employees and the responsibilities of employers. Studies in this area can analyze the impact of these regulations on organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and economic stability. It is necessary to ensure legal compliance of management procedures and to guarantee a fair working environment.
