Abstract
This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of concerns, the characteristics of their activities and types of concerns exist. A concern is a form of enterprise integration for which it is typical to maintain the legal and economic independence of the participants, but taking into account the coordination of the dominant financial structures. Usually, the members of the group unite not only the economic potential, but also the efforts in the market strategy. The main advantage of the concern is the concentration of financial and other resources.
