| dc.description.abstract | Developing communicative competence involves a level of performance based on knowledge, skills and attitudes and motivation that determines optimum efficiency in business communication topic. Commimicafive competence is equally important for both actors involved in educational activity, because: the process of organizing and conducting learning activities of students is governed by the teacher through communication, focusing especially while training students' communicative skills.
