| dc.description.abstract | The issue of protecting the life and health of the person has not appeared recently, but has been raised since ancient times. This can be seen both in terms of the criminal legal framework and the organization of crime prevention by public bodies. The relevance of the examined aspect also emerges from the high prejudicial degree of the crimes against the person's life and health, as the most precious social values. We propose for analysis some aspects regarding the pertinent legal framework, structure, level, dynamics and specificity of the crime against the life and health of the person, as well as its determinants. | en |
