Abstract
The poster was elaborated on the occasion of the Competition launched within the anniversary conference, the 20th years of LARM, 2011year. The work represents the Scientific Library of „Alecu Russo" State University with all its partners, which provides Open Access to all spiritual wealth owned by the Library and at the national and global information resources.
