dc.description.abstractThe era of digital technologies offers us a lot of verbal, visual and other types of information. Only those ideas that are profoundly and accurately structured can offer resistance to the new challenges. Sms, e-mails, letters, discussion forum/chat etc. impose new practices of writing. The development of mannered, correct and professional writing is becoming the desideratum of time. In this context, we are offering some of the norms that have been unconventionally imposed for the writing of e-mails, letters, etc., in order to demonstrate that man educated as a personality cannot be a unilateral action of society development, but an action of complex facts of science that dictate norms, etiquette/net-etiquette etc.en
