Abstract
The article deals with new trends in information service for users of the Scientific Library of Bălţi State University. The activities of the library as a full participant in the educational process are described in detail. The provision of equal access and rational exchange of information and library resources is considered, which contributes to the successful adaptation of students to the learning process at the university, creates the necessary conditions for self-education, self-development and the formation of an information culture of future specialists.
