Abstract
The article analyzes the labor remuneration system from the perspective of employee motivation and the impact on organizational performance. Relevant motivational theories, salary components and current trends in remuneration are presented. The statistical analysis for the period 2019-223 highlights constant salary increases, but also gender and regional inequalities, emphasizing the importance of fair labor policies.
