dc.description.abstractThe aim of this article is to attract attention of the public, governments and specialists to the results of our scientific research work that will allow us to create unique special means of protection from biological weapons in the nearest future. It has become evident that the civilized world overestimated the significance of the Convention of the UN of 1972 that prohibited the development and production of biological weapons, sceptically treated the prognosis of the scientists-infectionists about the possible use of the above weapons by terrorists. It has also become evident that civilized world is not ready to protect itself.en
