Abstract

Under the conditions of globalization and rapid technological change, the educational system can no longer be focused only on transmitting a rigid set of knowledge from teacher to student within a fixed period of time. In the contemporary world, the use of mobile devices: phones, iPhones, tablets has become indispensable, a world in which students perceive these tools as a daily necessity that they can not separate even when they are in the classroom. In this case, adults have the task to teach them with their effective use in the educational process. The Communication proposes an educational-learning approach from the perspective of e-learning, using Information and Communication Technology, in particular Web 2.0 resources, which are also a true ally of teaching staff.
