| dc.description.abstract | The given article presents the problem of domestic violence where the woman may become the most frequent category of its victim. American research proves that women are the fist to become victims of domestic violence. Statistics demonstrate that to ten women roughly treated by their husbands corresponds one man maltreated by his wife. Domestic violence represents one of the most recent subjects of modern society among other ones like concern about violence display, dilemmas concerning the criminality extension and its reasons, strategies of prevention and struggle against such phenomena. | en |
