The institution of copyright becomes unknown as social relations develop in other types of activity. It is necessary to re-evaluate the normative system, the terminology used, include new institutions, exclude interpretations taken from the laws of other states, this would guarantee the moral and patrimonial rights of the authors and obtain effective protection of copyright. | en |
