Abstract

This article aims to analyze the provisions of the Directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for sales of goods, applicable to contracts concluded from 01.01.2022. The study focuses on the rules governing the requirements for conformity of the goods and the modalities for the consumers to exercise the remedies in the event of a lack of conformity of the goods.
