| dc.description.abstract | The strict observance of the provisions of the law in the process of examining criminal cases in court is of particular importance in order to raise the quality of judicial investigation at the current stage. However, in this range of complex issues, the observance of each norm of CPC RM becomes important regardless of whether it is assigned to the category of guarantees regarding the rights of the injured party or the defendant, at the order of certain procedural actions to be taken in the judicial investigation (to which the hearing is also assigned). The hearing is the basic means of proof in the judicial investigation. It is in the process of hearing that important information of an evidentiary nature is obtained. The legal conduct of the hearing depends, to a large extent, on the skillful conduct of the judicial investigation. In the content of this article, through the use of standard rules and legal norms, an attempt was made to determine, from a theoretical and practical point of view, the forms, techniques and specifics of the hearing act within the judicial investigation. | en_US |
