Abstract
It is responsibility of the higher education institution to train creative future professionals. The institutionalized – educational process, organized and guided insures a “transfer of values; selected and systematized, from the social to the individual. There exists a compensation relationship between the two categories of factors, social institutional and psychologic-individual. The creative particularities of the content, of the educational objectives of the institution are revealed in the performance of its graduates.
