dc.description.abstractThe paper is dedicated to the creation of the institutional repository by the librarians of the Alecu Russo Bălţ State University. Open Research Archive ( ORA US-ARB) is established to provide open access to the results of scientific research ofteachers and librarians, to promote the quality of research, to ensure the visibility and efficiency of researchers, and access to distance learning. Archiving Researchers’ results helps to promote the image of the institution, increase national and international ratings, enhance the role and authority of the library, and gain positive results in Google searches.en
