| dc.description.abstract | This article is dedicated to social approaches to preventing and combating domestic violence. The research presents the classification that has been elucidated in specialistic literature with reference to the three types of violence prevention: primary, secondary, and tertiary. Preventing and combating domestic violence is part of the national family protection and support policy and is an important public health issue. Thus, the prevention of domestic violence is a set of policies, measures and techniques that, outside the framework of criminal justice, aim at reducing the incidence of various types of aggressive behaviors that cause harm to the family and society, considered as illicit. | en |
