Well-being is a complex concept, defined as a balance between positive emotions, life satisfaction, and the reduction of negative affects, with both objective dimensions (health, education, socio-economic environment) and subjective ones (happiness, life perception). It is influenced by individual factors (social skills, resilience, emotional stability) and sociocultural factors (community relationships, social support, cultural norms). The development of well-being begins in childhood through habits acquired in family and school, with long-term effects on adult life. Promoting this concept in education leads to improved academic and personal performance among students, contributing to community success.en
