Abstract
Данная статья рассматривает проблему подготовки воспитателей детского сада к инновационной деятельности. Проблема рассматривается с позиций функционирования и развития, реформирования системы образования в Республике Молдова. Раскрыто значение и педагогические условия инновационной подготовки воспитателей с позиций современного менеджмента, мотивации и стимулирования деятельности воспитателей в условиях образовательного учреждения.
This article examines the problem of training kindergarten teachers for innovative activities. The problem is considered from the standpoint of functioning and development, reforming the education system in the Republic of Moldova. The significance and pedagogical conditions of innovative training of teachers from the standpoint of modern management, motivation and stimulation of teachers' activities in the context of an educational institution are revealed.
