| dc.description.abstract | Jurisdiction in criminal proceedings is an important tool for organizing and disciplining the activity of judicial bodies. Obviously, the competence of the judicial bodies cannot be strictly reduced to the criminal procedural framework, largely the efficiency of the criminal procedure norms being influenced by the extra-procedural normative framework, including the way in which the judicial bodies are organized. Thus, the quality of the criminal procedural norms that regulate the competence in the criminal process, their synchronization with the relevant extra-procedural normative framework, largely depends on the efficiency of the activity of the judicial bodies. The impact of legislative inaccuracies in this field, but also the lack of synergy between the elements mentioned above can have an opposite effect to the one proposed by the legislator, reason for which their identification and proposal of remedial solutions being of utmost importance. | en_US |
