| dc.description.abstract | In the laboratory of stress-control that holds its activity on the campus of “Alecu Russo” Balti State University there was made an experiment concerning the analysis of the causes (the physical and psychological risk factors) and the effects on the organizational health. The aim o f the experiment was to study the degree of the risk factors for the employees. The objectives were: to identify and analyze the risk factors for people s health; to identify and analyze the effects of the risk factors on the employees ’ health.
