Abstract

This article examines the problematic aspects of the regulation of the institution of challenging the actions of ajudicial executor in the process of civil enforcement proceedings. At the same time, certain gaps in the legislation are identified, which do not fully and correctly regulate the emerging legal relations. Therefore, the state needs to reconsider the regulation of this institution, taking into account the practices and experiences of foreign countries such as the Russian Federation and Romania.
